PART I: The final Version of the XC Collaboration AddOn for SMART Notebook™ Software became available Feb. 28, 2014. The Beta version will expire on March 31, 2014!
Please upgrade to the final product as soon as possible. You will then be able to test the Premium version for additional 30 days.

As some of you already know, the final product ships in two different versions. The Free Version of XC Collaboration AddOn comes with a limited feature set, whereas the Premium Version will give you all features, plus email support for questions and issues. Please find the full feature list and more information about the end of the Beta test period below, or visit their new website http://www.xc-collaboration.com/ The full version costs $29.00 for a one-year single licence, multi-user deals are also available with discounts for bulk purchasing. SMART Notebook will only contain the free version features unless you upgrade/register.

PART II: XC Collaboration will be included in the new addition of SMART Notebook coming out April 1, 2014. The features of XC Collaboration that will be included in this new upgrade - SMART Notebook 2014 (which will not be free) will be only the free features - make sure to register your software and compare the features above to see if you might want to upgrade to the premium version. Also included in this new version will be 3-D tools, Geogebra (math software), and SMART Response VE (SMART Response that works with any mobile device with Internet access).

Notebook 11 allows you to utilize add-ons. The Activity Builder is an add-on that comes with Notebook 11 and is found in the puzzle piece tab. However, it is not the only one you can have. One such add-on that is now available is Extreme Collaboration. Extreme Collaboration allows students to interact with the SMART board using their Internet-enabled devices such as cell phones, tablets, laptops, and/or computers. And, best of all, it's availale in a FREE, quick to download, easy to use, and ENGAGES students in activities.
